I can make no comment, as I have as yet to receive the gloves. From what I can tell, this was gross mismanagement on the part of your carrier, UPS, with no response on their part, or explanation. While it arrived at Hodgins, ILL, it was then shipped to Phoenix AZ where it sat there for days, then re-shipped to IL, where it sat there for days again.Just this morning, I see it was finally shipped to MPLS/STP and I have hopes it will be delivered Monday.I don't fault Colorado ski shop for this fiasco and Diane, of your shop was quite efficient and helpful.and I will let her know after Monday of completed delivery or lack of. I comment only that you be aware of your vendors lacking and absence of explanation.
