In order to limit the about of traffic in-store and optimize safety please review the following updates:
Rental Fittings:
- You can pre-book rentals online and have them ready on your selected date for pickup outside of either our Vermont or West Springfield location.
- We are requiring appointments for in-person rental fittings for more than three rentals.
Rental Pickup:
- If you pre-booked your rentals online call the curbside pickup number outside and we will load them into your car. (West Springfield: 413-746-4144 & Vermont: 802-464-2669)
Rental Drop off:
- Call upon arrival after placing them in the drop-off section and we will collect them outside
