Great service and capable intermediate skis

Colorado ski shop quickly got these skis to me after a competitor claimed to have them in stock but did not. They quickly responded to questions I had and had the skis in route the same day.
The 2012 K2 Impacts have awesome color and graphics. They did a great job on the mixed conditions last week on a local hill. We had ~5" of snow during the morning but they chose not to groom so by the evening there was deeper drifts mixed with icy patches thanks to the wind. The Impacts blasted through the differing conditions with nearly no notice. They are definitely not beginner skis as they want to be driven and will run on their tails if you don't load them enough (as I noticed on the last run down the hill for the night when I being lazy). That said, they did not take that much effort and were quite fun. I'm looking forward to taking them to a bigger slope this weekend.
